1988 SE vs 3000GT DOHC

Yesterday after talking a long nap I deiceded to go down to Bemidji (local town) and see what the ricers where up too, or check out whats going on. I'm driving alone and along before I eventually I see a 3000GT sporting a color changing paint job (like my TII, its for sale FYI). He revved at my GF and I the other night and it bothered me. Anyhow, after about 10 minutes I seen him at Holiday with a few chicks and a radically obese fat kid without his shirt on.

I pull in recognizing a few of them, meeting a kickass Canadian, and then eventually after some talk we all decide to go for a cruise. I'm not a fan of street racing and the such, but I know with all of us, it happens. But when I can I try to take it on the highway (less traffic, see father ahead, already a 65mph speedzone, most races in my experience are over by them). Anyways we all end up out that way (88 SE which is me, Integra LS with alot of mods, 3000GT with a 'stage 3' clutch and nice tires, 97 Prelude SH with mods and a few others).

We eventually get to a redlight and I made it so the first two people there were the 3G and me. We revved and the fat shirtless kit looks at me, I smile ! We take off, I feather at 3,500RPM's and take off. I hear a VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM SQUAK! The 3G spins and the engine roars coming at me. I drown out his exhaust and pull a car length before shifting my car into second. My tires squak once more and I hit second and I still pull to 7,200RPMS. By then its three cars behind me. And by the time I'm in third they let off after being set back four car lengths. We then roll into stamart.

There I'm happy from the victory and they were cool about it. He said it was worth losing to me since they said between everyshift there was a fireball.

I say anyways alot and thats my kill of the week I suppose.

:o!
