88 GXL Vs MX-6

Hey guys, wanted to tell you all about my little race I had today, so this bright yellow MX-6 with this huge wing follows me onto the highway, Ive seen him around town before, and I knew what his intentions were, so we get on the entrance ramp and it curves rather sharply, so I stay in second around the curve and gun it once I get to the highway, he gets all the way over to the left and floors it, im keeping my distance rather well, this continues for a little bit, till im in fourth and I look down at my speedometer, I notice it reads 120....and its raining.....and the highway starts to curve up ahead, im on used michelin tires, so, given my situation, its not gonna end well if I dont slow down, so I back off because im just straight up scared, he starts to catch up, and by this time im in fifth, he gets even with me, and I floor it again, in fifth mind you and he cant pull away from me, about this time we hit another entrance ramp and some traffic starts to build up, so we call it a day. I felt pretty good about my car, all thats done to it is K&N intake, racing beat headers, and straight pipe back to aftermarket mufflers, and I was able to stay ahead of him, not to shabby for a N/A right?
