Yes, the M2/ Wilwood 13" brake kit actually fits under stock 16" FD wheels!

I thought I saw another website once that sold a Wilwood Kit from the RX7 but I can't find it now... I'll check around some more.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the M2 kit was made be precisionbrakes and sold under M2. At least thats what a precisionbrakes engineer told me a couple of years ago.

Yeah, precision brakes was the first place I called. I thought I remembered Brian at M2 telling me he got the rotors there at least. However the guy I spoke to a Precision Brakes had no record of M2 ever being a vendor. Frustrating...

Well, the precision brakes kit uses 328mmX32mm rotors and super light 6 piston calipars. It looks like both kits share the same calipars so if they share the same rotors they should be the same kit.

John,

can you confirm these are the regular WilWood SL6 caliper, and not the narrow body ones ? I think the pad number is also different for the narrow bodies SL6 calipers.

Also, wasn't the rotor size not 13-inches, but 12.875 (7/8), or smaller ?

Thanks,
:-) neil
