WTB FD road race car

Just sold my FC. I have cash in hand.
Looking for an FD race car. must have rollcage and title.
prefrebly if it was a rolling chassis no eng.
but I'm keeping my options open for a race ready car.

Appears to be a respray of a red car, not an original CYM, but that looks really nice. If the engine is strong that buy it now price is pretty reasonable. I don't like the placement of the tach though, it should be front and center.

Agreed, good price if it's as advertised. Cage would need some help to pass SCCA rules. Would make a fun track day machine. I would mount the tach on top of the dash if it wouldn't obscure the view.

Good luck on your search for a track FD, one of these day's I'll be getting one too. Good to see a reasonable price.

Yep. But it's priced at $21k with a blown motor and this guy said $15k was too much for his budget for a working car.

This guy doesn't realize a full race prepped FD is going to run about $28k with a working motor. IIRC, Damian's car was up for sale just north of $30k (but I have no idea what his purchase price was). The old Speedsource RX7 for sale now at $29k. While the eBay car isn't a "full" race prepped car, it's fairly close for the price. I'll bet with another $4-5k it could be race ready which is a steal IMO.
