ways to improve velocity of intake without aux. ports

the 5th and 6th port sleeves were totally removed from my 13b. im wondering, is there any way to improve intake velocity to improve my non existant torque? is there a way to port it at all to improve low end? or is the only way to fix the problem to put the sleeves back in?

are there any advantages to having these sleves removed? i know it elemininates torque, but wouldn't it in a way increase horsepower down low?

Making the hole bigger (porting) just makes the velocity slower.
If you want your low end torque back, reinstall the sleeves.... or add a T25.
