The RX8 sustained some minor damage after going off at T4. It also lost some time after a close encounter with a certain bright yellow Kodak DP car. There were a few other problems, but the biggest killer was a failed oil pump shaft which cost several hours to repair. All in all, it was a successful first outing. Look to see the 08 back on the track at Homestead next month.

When I saw them last, the 08 Goldin Bro's team was planning the Homestead test days in December. They have had the car on track several times since Daytona working on set-up, engine management, and testing for reliability.
Write MazdaComp. Tell them how much we would all love to see a full on "supported" effort.
