OMG! Man thats always the scariest part of any race weekend for me. Now Ill probably have nightmares too.

 

Only if you have a Renegade Trailer, right? Lawyers are going to have a field day on this one. fixrim has deep pockets.

 

Terrible news. Too often we all overlook our trailers and tow vehicles but that kind of failure could only be decribed as "massive" and "catastrophic"; there's no user blame IMO. I'm sure fixrim can appreciate that at this point he is only out $40,000 in uncovered losses and not worrying about himself or a family of four on the highway that the trailer struck. It had to be a terrible mess; it's disheartening.

This will be a lawyer battle and I can only hope fixrim comes out on top. Sometimes you never know what the hell is going on inside a court room.

I guess they don't understand just how small the race community is and how fast word of something like this will spread. Scene at a racetrack near you...
