more like 14ish now... but this engine is not as strong as the previous one, so its taking a bit more boost to get close to the same 'snort' as the gotham engine (steves ports are sweet!!!)...actualy its more complex explaination than that, its more power up top, less in the midrange, it goes into the usable power/torque for road racing blah blah...

You guys are spot on regarding the car. It's by far the coolest track FD I've yet to lay eyes on and can't wait to see it again in Oct although I'll mostly be watching the tail end of it disappear

Man damian it so sweet to see a seven on the race track. Im the only one here racing my 7.

But within 3-4 weeks il be joining u guys on the track with my car. It's beeing shipped from norway next thursday. And im leaving for DFW the next day

Im gonna try getting my car enterd into a racing series in the US once i get over there. How is it with getting sponsors and so on in the US? Is it just as hard as here in norway?

Im looking forward to a almost full year drving season with my seven

i was there last Nov with the audi club... it was my first time with them so an instructor was mandatory, Fritz was my instructor :-) how perfect was that. He got me up to speed fast on the VIR full course and then we went out and played together out there as you see in my VIR video. (see movies link in sig)

That's the class iv'e been looking into. The car has almost every mod u can do to a seven without converting it to tube frame chassie. Im pushing about 19 psi on the engine now. And it should be in the range of 430-480 in the engine somewhere.

What kind of tiers do u run in the SU class btw? Street Legal tires or pure racing slicks?

Well im probably gonna talk to u when i get over there. Im comming over next sunday. And looking at an apartment in North Richland Hills, 1 block away from gotham racing. The car will be in Charleston first week of september i think.

Wow, that is about 5psi more than me and at least 100 more rwhp than me :-)

SU has no tire restrictions, so I run used racing slicks :-) (cant afford new ones!!)

Been there 2 times already. Shipped 2 H2's and a Ram 2500 back home here from there.

Only problem im seeing getting the car to charleston is the 1150 miles drive to DFW. And the damn lousy highways in missesippi. Will hafto pick it up on a trailer or somthing.

Or maybe get it transported from there to DFW. And the mpg is pretty low on it too.

Great pics damian, your car is looking awesome as always.

One question; don't the competition coupe's also run in ST1 in your region? Why was he so much faster?
