making sure it doesnt go anywhere during an earthquake and making the suspension controlled part of the alarm less sensitive?

I think it is like a air bag that inflates around the car during a quake to protect the car!

Never heard of it in car terms. It could be slang for "indestructable", like when we say "bullet proof" or "bomb proof".

My custom front sway bar mounts are bomb proof

Maybe competition-level ear-damaging bass systems?

i think he saw initial d the movie in which the crapy english subs they say "quakeproofing" when refering to the cars suspension being worked on. so thats what in means, its the translation of the term for working on a cars suspension from cantinoese (sp?) to english.

It's not possible to quakeproof a Japanese car in the U.S. It is only possible to quakeproof a Japanese car in Hong Kong. In fact, you can only understand quakeproofing if you are in a Japanese car in Hong Kong during an earthquake.
