Cool, got a few observations though... (I haven't looked at the rules recently so I dunno if these will help?)
1. The S5 thermostat cover is fail. I know this cause it decided to explode on me once.
2. I'm surprised you are using the omp instead of premixing a race engine?
3. I ran that exact same strut-brace once. It will rub on your alternator.

OMP is inop. The picture is blury, but there are no lines on it.
Strut brace came with an aluminum hood. If it rubs, I'll toss it and save the points.
Hmmm never had an issue with the t-stat housing.

Will you be at TH next month with NASA?

I wish.... this is what my FC looks like right now. I will be lucky if its drivable by the end of the summer lol.

If you want some help out there I'm happy to lend a hand though I'd like to see your car in action.

Car looks great, can't wait to see more progress.

I'm where GTU-FAN is, hoping my car will be driveable by end of summer..

its plastic, they do eventually go bad, but they change color (it was black new, they turn green) and give TONS of warning before it starts leaking

the one trouble we have had is a worm type hose clamp won't hold very well, as the whole thing expends and contracts a lot and the clamp doesn't. the solution of course is one of the factory clamps, the spring kind.

if you used a non mazda hose though, they are usually a different thickness and the factory clamp doesn't always work.

we ran an FC for years, we learned the hard way....

Actually it was the pressure relief valve on the Accusump. I'm just happy I wasn't the one in the car
