Any idea of the port timing of the peripheral port? It looks good.
I like how the PP sleeve protrudes into the inner wall of the housing to support the giant new hole.
I've always liked the idea of extending the sleeve all the way in, but it makes interference an issue since the alum can expand outwards as well.

il have to look up the timing but your right interference is an issue when it was welded on the other side the sleeve expanded into the housing a couple thousands, enough to catch ur finger nail but after it cooled it was ported a lil more to give room for expansion this picture was actually taken while it was cooling down. if the sleeve was to come in at an angle, we would be able to leave a lip to prevent this problem.
