Nikki Carb Mod Vendors?

I was going to get a Sterling carb. Now that is not possible. Any other experts out there to work on my Nikki?

Which is a real shame, considering the amazing performance of his carbs...

PB and J?

Otherwise it sounds like you'll be doing it yourself.

Sorry to bring this to the top but somebody's gotta pick up the baton and start modding Nikkis like Yaw and Sterling. There is a quite obvious market out there. Yes they take time and are somewhat involved to do. I'm speaking from just stripping and basic modding, not the in depth stuff like milling thottle shafts, correctly enlarging primary venturis etc. If someone could step up and start doing those services, they'd be up to their eyeballs in orders.

Heck I've got several Nikkis kicking around. Maybe I could sacrifice a couple to the rotary gods learning how to correctly cut the venturis and what not. I recall Sterling busted a few during removal when he first started, or would sometimes run into some porous castings while machining. You know, baby steps. It all adds up to a quality finished product.

I can do about 90% of what Sterling does to the carb, and have come up with a few tricks on my own now. But I don''t have the knowledge of the venturi profiles that Sterling does. I also don't have any way to modify the throttle shafts . As far as stripping and modding though, I can provide info as needed. I just don't have the time or desire to mod carbs for others. Its a LOT of work. That's why I posted the pink/green diagrams on here for other to use. I need to update them though, and put all the info into a how to or something.

I might have access to a racing Nikki that does have enlarged primary venturis. I'll ask the owner if I could borrow it
