Oil cooler fix?

My oil cooler fitting cracked on my 82Rx and I try-ed to fix it and ended up cutting it off! Now to my question is there available a cheaper after market cooler out there for a stock engine that delivers the same cooling capability's?

What is everyone doing to fix this cracking problem ( pics please) ? How are you routing your braided top line? Are you using two 45% fittings for the top line? What about using large air hose band clamps to help support the cooler fittings has anyone dun this? Is the factory padding around the cooler kneaded mine is falling apart and kneading replacement.

P.S
Any tips or suggestions will be grate.

I just cut off the stock bung and weld on a stronger bung. For the top line, I use two straight AN fittings and just bend the hose...tight radius, but not tight enough to kink. The only bent AN fitting I use is for the rear housing, where I use a 90 degree. Sorry, I don't have a better photo, but this is all I could find.
