Find a local supplier that sells plastic, buy a sheet of polycarbonate and make your own. I just paid about $115 for a 4x8 sheet of 1/8". Cut it with a NEW blade in a sawzall or jig saw.

1/8" is okay for side and rear window, but the front windshield must be 1/4" thick per SCCA

http://www.racingshields.com/Windshield%20Models.htm these people have a very nice windshield, curved very well, but with shipping cost almost $600

The 1/8" stuff is pretty flexible and if you use rivets to attach it, it will bend as tight as you need for an FC rear hatch. As for the front 1/4" or 6mm stuff, I havn't made it yet but I expect it to flex enough for an FC, I don't think it would for an FB though. I tried buying a used windshield take-off from a stock car place but it wasn't tall enough for an FC. They had a slight curve but not much. The place I bought it from was called 'Racing Metal', they don't list them on the web site but if you call they usually have them for about $20 bucks + shipping. They still had tear-offs on the outside so they were in great shape. I bought two and it totalled about $55 w/shipping.
If you need the stuff bent locate your local experimental aircraft association chapter (EAA) and I'll bet someone will know where to send you.
