I don't think it makes a difference of what chassis your engine is in, personally I could care less. Anywhos, your issues, if I'm reading correctly, are:

Engine cuts out at 5500+ RPM when cornering.

My guess is you're losing fuel, but I don't have enough experience with Edelbrock carbs to say that with confidence. Maybe have someone ride with you and keep and eye on the air fuel ratio. Or get a camera in there and record it, tape your camera phone on there if you have to.

An old drag racer trick. The bowl bent tubes on the top of the carb, add a 6" length of fuel tubing to each.

Can you verify that you have fuel pressure all the time? Easily done with a temporary interior gage.

Assuming you do have fuel pressure, the only things it could be are float level or an intermittent connection issue on the ignition side. You can set up a meter to check spark signal from inside the car too if you need to.

I would check fuel pressure first, and if that's not it, it is probably a float issue.

thanks for the input.....was wondering if i pissd everyone off or something. anywho...yes its starving for fuel, found on eldabrok forem others with same problem, theres a passage conecting both fuel bowls together that alows 1 side to run into the other when hard cornering, dosent affect it in streight line as my carb is turnd sideways.simple fix it a block of passage and driling and taping boss on other side to make a duel inlet fuel supply.so as soon as i get the front end back together (riped frame apart where coilover towers were welded in) ill make these modds and try again.
