I know KC engineering makes 2-piece rotors for 84-85 spindles, but without upgrading to the larger brakes, does anyone know if 83 and earlier alum hat/ferrous rotors exist? I need new rotors and was thinking of dropping a couple pounds.

 

have you gone through wilwood's universal stuff?

they sell blank hats that you could drill to suit and potentially pick a rotor that works.

Ya, but he would need to find a hub to go with it as well, i think that would be the hard part

 

Wilwood has blank hats. Drill and index as required.

They also have 3 possibilities that fit 4x108 that could be modified for use on a 4x110.

Center bore of 73. Just need some centering rings. Not too hard to come by.
