I don't have any new news but the guys who are involved can contact me via email and send what ever info they have concerning this. Make sure you black out any sensitive information on the copy's. I will try to contact the D.A. in his local area. I really don't know if this will help but its well worth a try.

Another victim I just sent him 2400.00 and now he won't return my phone calls. money order was signed, with 4 ckicken scratches i was surprized that a bank even cashed it. Here's the steps I sugest:

BBB (Better Business Bureau)
BAR (Bureau of Automotive repair)
D.A. ( Not sure what they will do)
Attorney (Bad faith class action lawsuit)

 

any transaction that takes place on the internet is considered a federal suit. . . the fbi also steps in on it. . . but. . . ive lost like 3k on the internet. . . and have yet to find it. haha. . . i try not to remember it all.

Try your state's Department of Justice. They sent someone that screwed me out of $1350 some nasty letters.

I've gotten a $65 payment and a $80 payment in the last year.

I'll call them on 93BlackFD if someone from Georgia doesn't pay him a visit first.

 

I actually got my newly rebuilt engine back with 2 bad seals in the rear and 1 bad seal in the front rotors, leaking oil out of the housings after only 400 miles for $2500.00. Count me in on any lawsuit action. He will not return my phone calls either.
