I sent over $65 to ship an s5 bumper to him yesterday and mailed him saying that i sent over the payment and asking for him to give me a tracking number when he gets one and to let me know that he has recieved my payment. I haven't heard back from him and it shows that he was on at 8:10am this morning. Anyone have any feedback?

Ok, this guy has had my money for about a week and still has not sent out my bumper.... i have pmed him many times asking when hes going to send it out and i have gotten no response. He's been on a few times since he has recieved my money and he says hes not going to scam me but, i think he is. Supposedly he goes to school in the moring and work till 7pm and doenst have time to send my bumper out..... IF YOU DONT HAVE TIME THEN WHY WOULD YOU PUT IT UP FOR SALE? He could prepare my shippment at night and drop it off in the morning, but he hasnt. How long should i wait till i take my payment back?

You sent over, does this mean you paypaled him?
You mailed him? Does this mean you Pm'd him?
This was on the 10th, it's only the 14th which is 4 days later and it's only the AM.
If this a paypal payment, was it an instant payment or was it an E-check?

How can I drop something off in the morning when I have to be at school at 6:30am? Then I have to go to work 30 minutes after I leave school and dont get home till 7:30. You make it sound like ive had your money since last friday. You paypalled me Mon night. If you want a known shipping date then buy it new from a distributer. The first day I can ship it is Sat, barring that I will simply return your $68 and give up the $40 profit I would have made. Hey and on paypal you can click on my rep which states that I have over 100 positive completed transactions with buyers over the last 7 years. I was thinking of risking it all for your $68 but I came to my senses.

MAN!!!!!!you have to be a more patient. Remember not all of us can take time away from work/school as if we wouldn't lose money by doing so (some people can't afford to miss work and missing school isn't very smart just to make a few lousy bux). BadDSM is a turstworthy guy that wouldn't screw you over ( i know first hand because I sent him money for a part, after the uninstall he found that it was not in the condition he THOUGHT was acceptable and TOLD ME about it before shipping it to me AS IS. He gracefully refunded my money when he could have easily said "tough luck bro, you already paid."

This is the perfect case of impatient, uncompromising buyer vs. a seller that HAS to figure out WHEN he is ABLE to get the item sent out due to a bad schedule.

I agree about the impatience and also the buyers lack of communication to ask specifically when the seller will ship before paying.

I do not agree with the lack of time reasoning though.
There is no excuse for not being able to ship out a part.
DHL, UPS,FED EX and yes even the USPS will pick the packages up at your home or business.
Which means that you don't even have to be at home at the time they pick it up or at your work place for that matter either.
You can go to the APC (Automated postal center) most areas have them now. You can go in the early AM, the middle of the night, whenever.

This is the 21st Century guys. We live in a very busy world but there are many tools available to us to help us accomplish what we need to.

I told him before hand that i needed this bumper because my car is being prepped for paint. That's why i could NOT wait. His lack of commuication was awful. Still havent recieved my refund, it says "pending". If you cant get a part to someone in a timely manner then you shouldnt be selling. I'm not saying hes a bad seller, there was just a lack of communication on his part.

I think the pending part is a paypal issue. takes 3-4 days for it to clear. Be patient.
