Write up:How to fix blown injector driver
Alright, just briefly going to go over what needs to be done to fix this issue.
I assume if you are attempting this you have necessary supplies and knowledge so i won't be going over how to solder or desolder...
First, power fc
Take front and rear covers off, 4 screws on each side. The FET you will be replacing is circled in red.
It is a NEC upa1556ah, now if you want to find something equivalent that can run more current go for it, datasheets are on google.
Desolder it, keep the heat down when you install the new one. put the ECU back together and test it out.

Update: Better resolution pictures, this is an fd3s4 ecu, don't know if the internals of the older ones are the same or not.
If replacing the driver doesn't work you can also try to replace the surface mount line inverter above it in the first picture, have done it on my ecu chasing problems and it's doable with an iron and a steady hand/magnifying glass. Part is easy to find on mouser.
Although for most just the driver will fix it.
