Will pfc "forget" idle setting if off for a while?

My car sits for 3-4 weeks at a time without being used so I'm considering just tripping the circuit at the breaker to disconnect the negative lead so the battery doesn't drain. Will this cause problems with the pfc? I'm guessing the base map that I'm using won't be lost, but will I have to go through the idle learning process everytime I start her up again?

It is OK to do it. There appears to be a small bit of temp memory for idle but this is more of a seasonal fine tune that the PFC quickly learns.
