Power FC why are my duty cycles so high?

why are my duty cycles so high?
at .85 boost i am seeing about 93-95 injector duty cycle. My mods are full exhaust, intake and power fc. I thought the stock fuel in ok to run 12 psi. My a/f is 11.4 at 12 psi making 300rwhp.
