Nothing is "wrong" with the base map. If you are flooding, then find the rich spots and fix them. It is a base map, you need to tune it to your car's specific characteristics.

Hello can you explain what you mean by flooding issues? After you shut off the car you have trouble restarting? does it happen when the engine is cold and has been sitting, or when it is restarted while still warm? Do you know what your AFRs are just after crank, do you have a log of your cranking AFRs? Once the engine is warm and running is it OK? does this happen every time or just sometimes? Are you sure it isn't the injectors/fuel system... I know even stock the 2nd gens have a lot of flooding issues...

do you have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, or are you running stock fuel pressure?

the issue would be that its flooding while trying to crank it on.. i "de-flood" the motor by taking out the spark plugs and turning the motor with the fuelpump off.. i dont have the wideband hooked up to the PFC so i couldnt give u any logs for the AFRs but the wideband doesnt move from the rich position( gauge is telling me rch) i also changed out the injectors for some other 550and they seem to be fine..

i just have a stock fuel pressure

Once you get it started does it run ok or does it die? If so you need to change the crank fuel. Otherwise you need to change the fuel map.

Both the cranking fuel table and water temp correction table in that map are actually supplying less fuel than what Apex'i sets as a default. And even the factory defaults aren't known for flooding really, especially compared to the factory FC computers which do tend to have flooding problems. There may be something mechanical at work.

Lets get a few basics out of the way.

You have an S4, is it 87 or 88? Resistor pack or not? If not, are the 550's High or Low impedence and do you have resistors wired in?

Look at the 1600's make sure they are functioning properly. Change them out temporarily for your spare 550's, to verify that one or both are not stuck open.

Let's also verify that you have the 1600's in the secondary rail (longer one on the LIM), there seems to be a lot of confusion about the primary and secondary rails on this forum recently.

If i do get the car started it dies out.. But recently i havent got it start..

I have a 87 s4 and i think the injectors are low impedence. Yes the 1600s are on the sec.

I didnt have a problem starting a few weeks ago and i did not change anything on the car

If you never had a problem, then why would you assume there is something wrong with the map? Obviously something has changed, the one thing that hasn't is the map.

Ohm out your injectors. Do you have resistors? Or a resistor pack?

Check your compression.

The map is OK, but:
for any engine, remove the Settings 4 cold timing retard in the IGN vs WaterT Cool table. Its only purpose was to help heat up the cats.

How can anyone help you if you can not provide basic information?

Chang your spark plugs. Then look for vacuum leaks. Where do you have the MAP sensor connected? If you do not have any vacuum at the location, the ECU will be at row 10 on everything, dumping in tons of fuel.

I have the map sensor where the stock one would be at.. Is it too far from the manifold?
