What is the best/easiest/safest way to tune the Power FC??????

I was reading the manual and I would just like some input about tuning. From what I've read there seems to be multiple ways to tune the PFC. All I really want to do is pull some fuel out. I've had my PFC tuned at XS but they told me they made it rich because of the differences between multiple cars and they want it to be safe.

So that being said, what is the safest and easiest way to just pull some fuel out???

Thanks,

Start with the PIM voltage. Thats the easiest way to take fuel out. Just drop it down to 95% from 4000-8000 and see how it runs.

So, do we know how much fuel (AFR) on average is being taken when we drop, say 5% of the PIM volts ?? I suppose check and see w/ a WB.
Since the PIM voltage is at set at 100% the adding 5-10%, this is fine? I just get queezy when numbers go over 100 with the PFC for anything.

hahaha ... that is funny -- sort of. I'm glad you got it straightened out. Give me a call sometime and we'll get you some dyno time reserved. Toward the end of the next week would be good for me. Vince will be back in town Monday so I can ask him soon.
