Going NUTS with Idle

I managed to finally fix my idle problem, or so i thought. It stays at like 850-950 pretty much all the time. However, sometimes in traffic, or letting the car sit on(turbo timer). the car will stall and revs will jump up and down. I am going out of my mind, want to fix this, what do i do, also, shifting seems to be a pain to, the rpms drop alot, and it bucks when i shift like i used to before the PFC, someone please help, i cant live lie this.
