Warm idle help

I have a 89 Turbo brand new rebuild and upgrades running a power fc. before the upgrade i had stock primary and 720 secondary injectors and stock turbo. now im running 1680 secondary, garrett gt35, ported engine, the works. i havent had my apexi tuned since it was close to stock. The car starts and drives perfectly idles very nicely while warming up and drives nice all the time, i am just kind of cruising around not boosting untill i get the car fully tuned and a few easy break-in miles right now i have 85km. My real problem is once the car has warmed up and i have drove around a bit at idle the car is pretty erratic. on my apexi commander i can see my injector duties say 5%-6%-0% 5-6-0-5-6-0 and so on jumping idle from 800-1200 (1000 normal, 5-6%) then if i even rev up a little bit or start moving again its fine.

Should i stop driving untill i get it tuned? is it the tune thats even causing this? my thought is yes since its optimized for a close to stock car right now and everything has been changed since.

Thanks for any advice and input

Did you change your injector sizes in the PFC?

yes i changed them in the PFC and i seemed to have fixed the problem so far by giving the TB a good cleaning and lowering the idle manually
