TO4E to 60-1: remapping
Just about to start up the car again this weekend after upgrading the 60 trim TO4E to a TO4S 60-1. I have a nice map already that I created and used with the TO4E for a couple of years, and I plan to base this new one on that. Seeing that the TO4E flows 53lbs/min. max and the TO4S is at 60 - 61lbs/min. I'm looking at about a 15% increase on airflow, this seems to hold true when comparing dynos as well.
I thought that I would spread that 15% increase out between 0psi/low rpm (where spool would start) and about 15psi/5500 rpm (peak torque), does this seems to make safe tuning sense? Adding 15% across the entire boost map seems heavy handed and overkill.
Anyone care to share their TO4S map for comparison sake?
Thanks for any help.
