Smoking or Running Rich. how to fix?

I have the PFC and a little tunning done but it was from a car with simmilar mods. It idles at about 1500rpm. I have 550 primary and 1600cc secondary, I also have no cat, just full 3" pipe out the back...... I have turned to o2 sensor off and messed with the water temp fuel load and have gotten the idle to come down but, it still smokes like its running to rich.. The engine has idled alot while I have been trying to get it to run properly but I have only 3.7 miles on the new motor.
Im just concerned about the smoke....
Should I just goahead and start driving it to see if the smoke goes away...... mabey it just needs to be driven out?!

If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated!! Its been about 8 months since Ive had the motor in my car... (School and work)

New engines smoke blueish for a few days until the extra oil that got into the exhaust burns off. Crusing at 60mph for a while normally stop it more quickly.

Too much fuel smokes black.

Search in the southern forum for an owner with more PFC experinece.
