Settings 5 tab - 850cc to 725cc primary swap

The original basemap is from RX7store and came setup for 850cc primaries and 1680cc secondaries. I recently switched to ID725's in the primary spot and kept the 1680 secondaries for now, and am trying to update the computer data to reflect, because the car is not starting. The 1680's were setup totally different originally then what I have show here. According to research on the forum and if I understood correctly, the data shown for the injectors should be correct.? I would greatly appreciate it if someone could double check my inputs. Please note I will be running the fuel pressure at 43.5psi. Thanks!

The rotor trims don't make a lot of sense is that how it was tuned previous?

Thank-you Slides! You are correct on your observation, the trim data was incorrect. I have adjusted, hopefully it is correct this time!

So i crunched some numbers myself as a check, 850/550 primary then 725/850 which gives the 75.9 you have as primary trims. That would seem to be correct assuming they just trimmed a base map the same way for the 850 primaries in the first place. Likewise I assume the ms trims are to correct for difference of id to the base pri/secondary dead time/voltage tables. Without cut passting your whole maps into excel and converting for the size change or inputting all the dead time data for your actual injectors directly in the voltage v dead array to zero all the trims I'd say that is right. Because I'm a bit ocd I will probably convert and zero/level everything in my maps, at least the injector data. You could argue leaving the ms map alone and just using the multiplier map makes it easy to see flow inprovements from mods however as it is effectively a % gained map over base.

I greatly appreciate your pro-activeness Slides (and your OCD lol)!

I have researched and tried to make sense of it all, but it seems as though I have a long way to go as far as understanding this beast.

I assume that they just trimmed the fuel injectors to the appropriate size for my setup and configured for a 3 bar map sensor and left the actual injector maps to whatever the basemap comes with on the PFC...? I guess I could initialize the PFC and compare the default PFC basemap to the map they sent me with the computer purchase to know for sure. Same holds true for the dead vs voltage, I just entered what the data said directly off injector dynamics website for 43.5psi and didn't take the difference between the old 850s and the new 725s numbers.

If you wouldn't mind, I will PM you the map I got from RX7Store that was configured for 850cc/1680cc if you wanted to take a gander.? It is not letting me attach it directly to the post for some reason. Not sure if you could tell if it is default injector map numbers or has been modified. If it would be best to initialize the PFC and do it that way I can do that.

I think there may have been a base map in the standard datalogit install pack but it I think there may have been an early and late version base map from Apexi.

Easy enough to save what you have and compare the fuel tables.

When I enter the data you provided (and what I found previously as well) the PC-Edit software automatically rounds the numbers to what you see in my example above.
