Preparing for ID 725cc's, O-rings/Donuts?

I'm in the midst of mildly upgrading my 88 T2. Currently it has a Borla Cat-Back, Downpipe/no precat, stock cat still in place, Walbro FP.

I took a big step recently in purchasing a BNR Stage 3 cause I like the idea of a better bearing design a a little more efficient compressor. I'm also getting ready to send off my ECU for a 1.7 Rtek as soon as it stops raining so hard.

I purchased two 725CC ID injectors from ( http://www.rx7store.net/Injector_Dyn...p/id725-14.htm ) and while I'm waiting for parts to arrive back to me, I was curious if I should look to finding new O-rings/Donuts for the new injectors, or if they should come with what they need. Or as well if I need to purchase new connectors/pigtails as well?

https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/comprehensive-injector-dynamics-fitment-guide-920186/ I was reading here that they Denso Cushion is needed to install them, is that correct for all installations?

I'm not planning to do any crazy boost, I'm shooting for 8-9psi, just aiming mainly for reliability and fun daily driving.

your Stage 3 is gonna eat up that Rtek fast!..go at least to a Rtek 2.1 or a Haltech.
Where are those 725's gonna go?..secondary?.nope not enough fuel.I am at 95% duty cycle with RC 1000's and a Stage 3 Bnr.

Even at 8PSI? I might have to rethink this then haha

What I'm wonder is, do I need to order the donuts, or can I use the O-Rings that the injectors come with.

and I know that you are just dying to get the car on the road, but can you not wait until your injectors get there to find out?...Impatience will kill ya!(financially),it makes ya wanna be 2 steps ahead ordering **** that you may not need and then where are you?..2 steps back!
The injectors SHOULD come with everything for installation.
AS far as 8 psi,,the engine will want to make more than that,so don't kid yourself..it will need more fuel.

Well the car can wait a bit haha, it's a fun time car and not my DD. I'm mostly curious since I was trying to get all my ordering done at once, but I can be patient too.

I have another stock Turbo I can leave on there with the 1.7 until I figure out what is proper to run the Stage 3 with, maybe I can switch the 720's from secondary to primary at that point and get some more badass 1000-1200cc injectors when that point does come around.

I don't really ever want to run more than 8-9lbs, certainly not more than 10psi at any point in time, the car is certainly fast enough for me, my main reason for getting the Stage 3 BNR was for the 360D bearing and more efficient compressor, and not so much the extra airflow.

Not so much is a rush to get it together, but I am in a rush to learn what I might be in for

Well,Like you,I ventured into that territory,..(wolf sounds..owww-oooh!)..
I got the Rtek 2.1 and the Stage 3 BNR,.750/1000's on fuel.
I plugged in a map that was Kick ***,but I never got it going quite right.
NOW,I bought a Haltech and I figure out that all that was wrong was a set of Fouled Trailing plugs due to too much premix..
I spent about 2,100 bucks to find that out..So I am gonna use that "lesson" and go BIGGER!
I got a set of ID1000's and a Set of ID2000's sitting here,In front of me.
they look like they will fit the stock rail.no problem.

I have aftermarket rails, and with those you need the thicker donut not the o-ring that comes with them. If you can take the car apart and possibly wait if you need them otherwise order them and have them ready to go. They might end up too short
