What are your three idle speeds set at?

Mine are: 800 normal, 850 elect. , and 900 A/C.

If they are set correctly, adjust the idle as you would for any other idle problem. Use the two idle adjusting screws to affect idle air flow.

cewrx7r1,
are you talking about adjusting the one screw under the intake elbow?? I have a similar issue, when the fan comes on the idle doesn't cycle up & down, mostly just drops and has a very lumpy idle then returns to normal once the fan shuts off. Ideas?

What about a faulty Idle Air Control motor??

The TAS(throttle adjusting screw) adjusts the opening of the primay throttle. The AAS(air adjusting screw) AKA ABS(air bleed screw) adjusts air that bypasses the ISC solenoid.
