Rough idle, hesitation on tip in. Just acting weird

So the car was idling fine and managed to pull 16-17 inches of vacuum around 1100 rpm with about 2000 miles on the new motor. I noticed as I have been driving the car and trying to tune out the cruise area with chucks notes, the car would hesitate and go lean around the 10 inches of vacuum area. I added more fuel and it still wouldn't change the lean area.
So I decided to re-initialise the PFC and when I started it up the idle was all funky (which is understandable) but then it died 5 mins into it. I cranked it over again and it idled all sorts of weird with a little rise and fall in the rpms. I checked for leaks and all seemed fine. But then I wondered if my tps might be out of wack for some reason and when I went to check the values with just the key on a red highlight showed up under the VTA1 reading.

The values are with in spec along with the full range open to close for both VTA1 and VTA2. So I'm curious as to if the red highlight means something or not? And what else I should check? The map sensor line is connected and no leaks. But I haven't tested it or the primary injectors yet. I did change the plugs but still didn't cure the hesitation or the rough idle. Could it be that it's in limp mode? I'm just throwing out ideas and wanted to hear back from you guys.

The TPS voltages VTA1/VTA2 are both low.

The oil metering pump voltage is also low????

Yeah I hope you deleted your OMP, because if you didn't you've got a problem. Do a search in the 3rd gen section on adjusting the TPS. VTA1 is your full range voltage and VTA2 is your narrow range voltage.
