Red face Remove Scratches from Commander Screen?

Anyone's commanders get any scratches on them? Any ideas on how to remove them or make the less noticeable?
I should have put one of those palm pilot screen protector things on it.

good question, I have the same problem. Probably from using the commander w/o a mount for a month. It got a little scratched up from laying on the floor and seat...

I understand there is a "rubbing" compound of sorts that you can get at places like TAP Plastics and probably some hardware stores that is ultra fine grit stuff that will usually do this. I havne't done it yet, myself, but I wouldn't mind testing it out on my cell phone screen cover, since it's all scratched up too. If I manage to end up over at a store that has this stuff I'll pick it up and will report back.

Ordinary wax can often remove most of the scratches (actually just fills them in, but you can then "see clearly").

You all have a very fine rubbing/polishing compound in your bathroom already. I would try using some toothpaste before you buy anything expensive. I used toothpaste to clean and polish all my clear plastic pieces, including my taillights, and they all are great. They used to be slightly scratched and foggy, but the toothpaste polished them right up.
