pfc settings?

ok i was told i have to put miles on my car before i can get it tuned... thats fine and all but Im scared im going to pop it cause i have a midpipe on it and i have 1300cc secondary injectors and am non seq on a brand spankin new motor..

I am running the pfc and commander and right now its on a stock tune that comes with the pfc.. now in order for me to not pop my motor and get miles safely on my car what settings do i need to put in the pfc and commander to do this??

can i just put in 1300cc injectors and it will do the rest??
and what do i have to do to make the midpipe not kill my motor?? before the tune??

Help!!! lol i got time before the tune since its in march but still winters around the corner and i want to get all the miles on my car before snow falls and i dont want anything popped by stupidity from myself!!

If you are unsure of the state of its tune, then the only thing I can suggest is stay off boost until you get it tuned by a professional.

You may be fine, you may not, but without checking the AFRs properly (not to mention timing), the only way to find out whether the tune is okay or not is by blowing your engine up.

Stay off boost.... get it tuned ASAP - that is the only advice you will find

But you did not read my many posts that you can only "POP" your motor when on boost. Can you restraine yourself? Maybe not!

Keep boost under 5psi and or the rev cut at 4500rpm and you will be safe for normal driving. Go to A-Spec for tuning.

Show us that you have the "right stuff".

well thats just it.. Aspec was the one who told me not to get it tuned till i get some good miles on the motor.. I was just like ohh crap.. i have a midpipe and biggerinjectors and a streetported engine on a stock tune.. wont that hurt it.. so thts why i posted so I wont pop my motor.. but if all i have to do is set my rev limiter to 4500-5000rpm and turn my boost down to 5 psi or so.. then i can do that.. but wouldnt my car then run super super super rich??

I would just recommend boosting as little as possible and if you do that I dont think you will have a problem. Once you break in the motor though do not get on it until you get it tuned.

so just leave the rev limiter at 7500 or around there, and just boost under 5psi and leave the rest alone.. and i should be good??

do i need to change the settings in the pfc for the secondary injectors to 1300cc?? or does that matter at all right now untill i get it tuned?
