Go to ETC, FUNCTION, and make sure "SEQ turbo control" is off.
If you are not running the air pump, also turn off "O2 FB".
Each PFC comes with a base mod map in it. If you re-initialize the PFC, it clears out all personal settings, and sets the map back to the normal seq turbo base mod map. This would also set the map back to sequential mode.

This will not end well. All of this has been covered many, many times before. Some of the experts such as cewrx7r1 and arghx may answer your questions but if you search, the answers have been posted many, many times.
To be conservative, do not take the stock twins past 12psi but there is quite a bit more you should be thinking about.

The base mod map for an almost stock engine is conservative. Especially with the timing.
Not sure how the fuel is.
