New PowerFC Setup: HELP!

Hey guys... heres my situation. I'm looking for some help getting things rolling. To get you familiar with my situation:

A little info on me:
I'm an ASE certified master technician... repairing cars for 7 years now. But this is my first time building a rotary and I'm new to tuning and the Power FC.

The car:
I bought the car from an auction as a theft recovery. Brought it home and the engine had a cracked apex seal on the rear rotor, and 850ccx4 injectors. Otherwise I would have used 550's in the primaries. I rebuilt the engine with all new seals, springs, and rotor housings. Heres the setup:
Street port
2 piece atkins apex seals
ported intake and exhaust manifolds
ported wastegate
full non sequential
downpipe, midpipe, racing beat 3 inch exhaust
Apex GT front mount
HKS Air filters
850cc primaries, 1600cc secondaries

I'm going GT35/40, but I got the stock non sequential turbos in there for now, while I get the car running right, then in goes the single turbo.

What I need help with is... I'm new to the PowerFC and tuning alltogether. I have the car started and running, but it runs too rich, and doesnt run very well. I'm using the default map on the powerfc, with the injectors setup as:

64.7 0.04ms Primary
53.1 0.20ms Secondary

Thats all I've changed so far.
I need some help finding out what else needs to be changed and how to go about safely tuning and changing the maps to get the car running right. I'm using this car to learn how to tune. I'm willing to put the time, effort and money in it. I just need help getting started, or if someone can point me to a sample PFC set up similar to mines that I can look at and compare, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance for the help guys.
