new mods installed, now car doesnt idle right

hey guys, i just finished installing a blitz FMIC, greddy profec spec S, nippondenso supra fuel pump, and 1300cc injectors(in the stock fuel rail) so my current mods are:
Apexi power FC
dp, resonated mp, hks carbon ti
intake
blitz fmic
profec spec s
1300cc injectors
nippondenso supra fuel pump
simplified sequential vacuum hose job

i tried starting my car for the first time after the install yesterday and it wasnt pretty. i am on the base map on the power fc (for now) but i was told it should at least idle fine. the car was bouncing up and down rapidly around 600-900 rpm and sounded like complete crap. there was also A LOT of smoke coming out the exhaust nonstop. any ideas what could be wrong?
thanks,
Craig

How long did you let it run like this? I know the Power FC does some funky stuff in its learning phases.

i think you require the datalogit for 1600cc injectors though I'm not sure. So I think you may be able to set the inj. for 1300cc on the commander.

ok, i have the commander instruction manual in front of me, it shows the injector data screen:
_________________________
Injector Data
Fr-Pr 100% +0.00ms
Fr-Sc +0.00ms
Rr-Pr 100% +0.00ms
Rr-Sc +0.00ms
Q-pr 550cc
Q-Sc 850cc
_________________________

Fr-Pr=front primary
Fr-Sc=front secondary
Rr-Pr=rear primary
Rr-Sc=rear secondary

the percent is injector pulse correction value

and the ms are the injector lag time correction value

which ones do i change what to what do i change them?
thanks,
Craig

ok did a search and found the lag times for 1300cc injectors which are +0.16ms sais jason from rx7store, i just went outside and changed the the lag time and Q-sc to 1300cc and started the car, same thing happened. you think maybe it could be something mechanical? like the injectors themselves are leaking?

Most of the time when we get a car doing what you explained, the injectors are leaking
in the holders. Reseal and you should be good to go. It should idle just like it did
before because you didnt replace the 850s and the 1300s dont work at idle.

Make sure your map sensor is hooked up.

the map sensor was the first thing i checked. the 1300cc injectors came with extra set of pintle cap things and o-rings, should i take out the injectors and replace both those things? when i installed them i put some oil on so they would go in easier, but they didnt go down all the way in the rail, i had to screw the cap thing that goes over the injectors to get them to settle down in the rail. is that how they are supposed to go? or should the injector settle down from me just pushing it in there?

You may not believe this but once when I had a set of injectors cleaned they were shipped back with the test caps and o-rings on them. I knew they looked different but it was strange. They almost looked like a pintle cap but all that was needed to make them drop in was to remove the test cap and test oring.
