GA Need PFC tuned?

I blew my motor not too long ago and had a new one put in. Now it seems to be running. I don't have a wideband to tell exactly hoe so but it is dumping fuel like crazy, ie if a gun it a little it starts pouring smoke out of the exhaust but not until after I let off of the gas does it get really bad. Sometimes at a dead stop it likes to just keep dumping fuel. I don't drive too much cuz I can almost watch my fuel gauge drop to E. I also am running it off of the wastegate spring 7psi cuz the guy who did the install broke my boost control solenoids(buying Greddy profec B to replace it).
Is there a place I can get it tuned near GA/FL that has experience with the PFC?
I should also mention the new motor is from Pettit with a mild street port and the old one was stock. Other mods to engine are as follows:
Greddy SMIC
Greddy elbow
Greddy pulley set (air pump elim)
Supra TT fuel pump
3" SS DP and MP from chargespeed
SR motorsport intake box
Magnecore sparkplug wires (8.5mm i think)

Check out the guys in the Savannah thread. There is a shop that tunes up there, I think Carter Racing.

IIRC theres a couple rotary shops in Jacksonville that may be able to help you get running.

With the standard base/mod map the car should run a bit better than what you explain. Sounds like more of an injector/fuel problem.

you think so? I personally don't think that it is the injectors because they worked fine until the motor swap was done. I think it has more to do with the fact that I went from a stock motor to a street ported motor and am still running the same stock map.
