Need help: 99 JDM motor in 93 Body

Hi, i have a 93 that had a blow motor and i did a full jdm swap including harness because i am not worried about emissions. i was planning on using the jdm ecu but i have 2 yellow plugs that are not gonna work. i was hoping to use the jdm harness since my usa one sucks. i was advised to just swap the usa harness in and use a usa power fc, but i was considering the jdm power fc since i don't want to go through the hassle of swapping the harness. will the jdm power fc accept the usa pulgs that come from the chassie? i am not sure exactly what the plugs are for, but one of them is shaired with the blue plug. if anyone could help i would be greatful. that or i am willing to explore other aveanues to get my car started. thanks.

go back to your old Series I~III harness and install just the engine themself. Put your US parts to the engine block including your harness or another second hand one and go with your ECU you have used before.

Keeping the japanese '99 harness will result in modifications to your connector #1 which is installed to the car- harness with connectors to igniter, coils, 12V power suply and so on..... You will need to get '99 electrical diagram and the one of your car (FSM) to get all the pins right.
