Power FC NA Semi pp base map
NA Semi pp base map
I have installed pfc in my FC, got a basemap for my stock S4NA engine wich i used, and it works well, car idles and is drivable.
What adjustments should i make to the basemap when i put in my Semi pp engine, wich is a 4 port T2 block, with S5 rotors and rotor housings, it has small streetports and an 20mm PP.
I was mainly thinking if there is anything i need to consider since i'm going from S4 to S5 rotor housings(different spark plug locations).

I haven't tuned anything yet, just put in the base map for a stock S4NA engine supplied by Banzai racing, i haven't changed anything else than tps settings myself.
I have helped a friend with his car, and the guy he rents a garage from bought a dyno a while back, so he is starting to learn how to use it.
This is the AFR table supplied with the basemap, if that's what you are talking about:

That isn't an AFR table. That is a correction table of the "Base Map". In the bottom right-hand corner, change it to "Correction" and then it will make more sense. Also, go to Tools and select "recalc base" which will reset the correction to zero and apply the changes to the base map.
The base map is the actual fuel map but you need to zero out the Inj Map first by using the recalc function.

You have changed something, because we recalc the base before we send the map out, which makes all the correction factors 1.00 and the AF ratio screen 14.70. We never send them the maps out with AF ratio screen the default selection.
That would mean that there is around 5% fuel added to the entire map. How old is this map? We have tuned multiple N/A cars in the last few years, I may have added 5% because you are running the 460cc injectors and all the cars we have dyno tuned have all had at least 550cc installed. Regardless it is just a base map designed to get you running, then you need to get your car tuned for your specific setup and altitude.
You must have your software setup to open with the AF ratio showing.

Got the map from you in october.
Not shure what you mean when you say:
"You must have your software setup to open with the AF ratio showing."
I know the base map is just for getting started, i hav only started the car a couple of times and a 5min drive, just to check that it works.
The engine in the car is in need of a rebuild, only mounted the pfc and tested it so i can be shure that if the semi pp doesn't start or won't hold idle etc it's not something wrong with the pfc wiring.
