mapping a jdm motor

Hi Everybody,
Im new to the FD thing, but am in the process of building a car. I was just wondering if there was something I need to do different with the mapping for a jdm motor ie different timing or something along those lines. My other mods for now are street porting Intake and Exhaust. I havent even got the motor im actually sitting here waiting for it now but figured I would get ahead of myself now.

no the engines are the same as far as ports etc... things that will affect timing.

Never did the FD swap but you will probably have to reroute the hoses for the brake booster and some other things if you are gonna use JDM manifolds.
