Installing datalogit program - error

I am trying to install my new datalogit on my laptop ( pentium 95 windows ) and keep getting a error " run-time error 339" Component strip.ocx not correctly registered. Anyone know what this means and if it hampers my ability to log data on my car ?

Have you tried this as found on the net:

************************************************** ******
PROBLEM: Run Time Error 339 – Component not correctly registered, file missing or invalid.

RESOLUTION: It is imperative that you use your computer's option for US English in the regional settings. Regional Settings (under control panel) should be set to English (United States) during installation of Exam Master. Also under the Date tab, the short date format should be MM/DD/yyyy with / as the separator. Click Apply. Reboot when told.
VERSIONS AFFECTED: ALL

Alex, it may not be the most current release (which I would like to get my hands on) but you can find an older versionhere

Tom found out from the DL Group that his Windows 95 was missing a file that was expected to be already on the PC.

Chuck is correct...if you don't have all of the following files, the DL will not work.

asycfilt.dll
mfc42.dll
msvcrt.dll
oleaut32.dll
olepro32.dll
stdole2.tlb

I was missing mfc42.dll

ps - thanks for all your help Chuck
