with a stock motor and just a blitz turbo intake and stock turbos what can i do with the powerfc so increase my HP without using too much gas?

you pay a professional to tune your car, after you have more mods...

 

just an intake? atleast get a catback and DP as well since if the stock pre-cat is still on the car, it's more than likely slugged. Then atleast you can turn up the boost with having to make the turbos push to hard due to the restricted air flow. As of now, you don't need the PFC other than it runs smoother.
