ignition timing

Help I need to figure out how to set a good ignition timing for both Leading, Trailing, and Split. I do have a pretty stock setup. (intake, intercooler, Dp, test pipe, and catback). First off what exactly does the number represent on the table in the Ignition maps. And what is a good baseline for timing. I have a wideband and my AFR are getting dialed in ok. Still scared to hit boost since I dont know how far back of negative ignition timing I need to be as far as the numbers in the Ignition maps.

see first post of this thread. https://www.rx7club.com/3rd-generation-specific-1993-2002-16/how-make-your-untuned-pfc-basemap-safer-idle-better-no-datalogit-needed-841706/

basically you can just retard the trailing so that you get a split of at least 10 degrees. You are using a Datalogit right?
