ID 1000cc primary injector tuning

I will be running these soon here... My datalogit is on its way. How difficult is it to tune with these as primaries? Can anyone give me some pointers. Also when im installing these is it necessary to keep the air bleed sockets for primaries and secondaries. Thanks for any input, you all have been generous with your time and thoughts.... so TIA.

They're like tuning any other injector. Only difference is you have correct lag values to put in. With top-feed injectors you can't use the air atomization line anymore since its blocked by the spacer.

Okay that's good to know....What about the plastic inserts? Like this one. Mazda put these in for a reason wanted to know if I need it with the new ID's.

You remove it when you go top-feed. The injectors sits in the spacer.
