How to change the sequential transition with a pfc?

I have read and now wondered how can you adjust the transition in the pfc? My car boosts fine on the way up and makes a decent transition to the secondaries but will not allow the primary to come back on line till you get below 3k RPM. While I think it may be the turbo control solenoids I would like to adjust the pfc to see if that makes any difference.

I know exactly what you are talking about. You need a datalogit. Go to settings 1 "turbo transition." The "high" value is for acceleration" and the "low" value is the hysteresis value, the rpm when you are decelerating. Change all three "low" values from 3000 to 3500. Here is a log meant to illustrate how turbo transition settings work:

The turbo transition values affect the rpm values at which the charge control, [presumably] charge relief, and turbo control solenoids switch. They all switch together. The Charge control solenoid is normally ON (and switches off), while turbo control is normally OFF and switches ON. This is exactly how the FSM describes their behavior should be. At the same time, the transition values also affect the duty cycle of the precontrol and wastegate solenoids if you are not using an aftermarket boost controller.

Remember that all this does is affect solenoid behavior. There is still a bunch of mechanical plumbing stuff that could be messed up.
