how to adjust for a cold start

does anyone know how to adjust the pfc for a cold start?

Pages 31 & 32 describes all the adjustments for it. Both affect cranking, and only one affects only cranking. The later rarely needs adjusting.

Time to play and learn.

Water temp correction:
(1) left column is for idle and low load
(2) right column is for load

Adjust left side for good cold idle, then add 5% to it's value for the right column.
Since the far left non adjustable column is water temp, the engine water temp has to be very close to that point when adjusting it's row for fuel.

It is all logical.
