Power FC High Idle, HELP!

I recently got a Power FC from Ray pretuned for my mods:
Intake, blueprinted twins, Front Mount I/C, downpipe, midpipe, borla catback, Power FC, 20B fuel pump, Air Pump removal. I recently put a new motor in the car and changed all my vacuum hoses to silicone. I am 99% sure I got every one of the hoses on tight. I am not sure about a fuel line in the back by the gas tank (I had to replace the fuel filter and might have had a hose loose cause I smell a lot of gas from the back of the car.) Anyway, I have given about 150 miles to let the Power FC bring the idle down from 2k. Well it sits at 2k when it's cool and when it warms up, jumps to almost 2500 rpm. Does anyone know what the problem could be? What key points I should look for? I'm tired of hearing people say, check your hoses... I have and don't see any problems. Thanks in advance for your help.
