Hope this helps you out. but in all fairness not sure the effort would outway the convenience of a well built patch harness that banzai sells for US based people...canadian funny money and shipping gouging makes one have to rethink that sometimes...cheers

Actually just opened the file you loaded and we had changed the diagram since 2006, with quite a few updates.

I was able to confirm that those pins were correct. This is actually a triple confirmation. I imagine the update would be 2B for rpm signal? Everything was pretty straight forward. It seems that there is some redundancy in the ECU after all.
To be honest, living in Canada, you get sick of the final bill pretty quickly. I've sourced the parts I need through TE-Connectivity and I have a crimp tool so it'll be the real deal and it will be a clean install.
