I recently found this happening. On a base map but i took out the EGI to deflood went back to the pfc commander and my injectors and other settings went back to stock.

Since the changes i made through the commander were minimal i went back changed them. Took out the EGI fuse again, put it back in and the pfc settings went back to stock again.

Is something up with my wiring/power fc or is this expected and known to happen?

 

What happens when you change something from the factory settings and disconnect the battery for a few minutes? If it loses the settings, you may have a problem with the PFC memory.

 

Should not happen. You can unplug the ECU all together and not lose settings.
