yup from www-jappartsspecialist-com one of the best Ebay deal's i've had. Paid via PayPal, got PFC and Commander new for $700 +$45 shipping, receiced it in 7 days.

What part no. will fit 93-95 FDs?

Same here - bought my PFC from Jap Parts Specialist, got a VERY good price on it (like $750ish with commander), received it within a week, definitely brand new and is still working 100%.

The only drawback is the warranty will not be valid with Apexi USA. But, fortunately PFC's have proven to be hardy units, so unless you do something REALLY dumb to blow it up you'll be just fine. But, that is the one caveat on this deal.

Another datapoint in favor of Jap Parts Specialist. I bought mine and got it delivered last week. It took about 1 week from purchase. The unit appears to work perfectly. It was $750 plus $45 shipping and $20 insurance, total $810 but worth it compared to buying from a US dealer unless warrenty is an issue.
